Nice little park in the middle of downtown Akron. A Pokemon Go hotspot with a theater, a couple clubs, some food, and AA baseball champion Rubber Ducks. The park itself holds events like concerts, ice skating rink ECT.

Havent been to Lock 3 since before the pandemic. Its been rearranged as theyre rebuilding it, but it worked out well. Went to see Dirty Deeds an AC/DC cover band...and they rocked the house! Perfect night weather-wise, fantastic music...even the opening band, Walking in Circles was great...and the topper? Post-game fireworks from the nearby Rubber Ducks game! All in all one of the best nights Ive had in a very long time!

My niece and I had an excellent night down at Lock 3 for the lighting of the Christmas tree. We found out that she is a natural on ice skates. The line to pay to skate was long but moved rather quickly. It would have been nice to have a separate line for those not needing to rent skates.

Lock 3 is some of the best Akron has to offer. In the winter there is a huge outdoor skating rink as well as indoor putt putt golf. This year they added hover bumper boat things which look like a lot of fun. There is also an indoor area to sit and have snacks and talk. The best part about Lock 3 is that it is a cheap easy place to meet friends and have a fun evening for the whole family. Everyone should go at least once this winter (and again Im not sure the summer!) *****There is a ton of construction downtown but dont let that stop you. The Oniel parking deck is still accessable and is easy to get to if you come down University Ave.*****

Lock 3 is the smaller but equally vibrant sibling to Blossom Music Center. Great outdoor venue for live music. I saw the Ohio Players perform and they didnt disappoint.
